Default Tribeca problem, locked account

As usual, the guy with the problem doesn't have alot of posts. =)

Has anyone had any problems there? I've been playing there for quite a bit, and did the victorchandler bonus, and then a bonus a skin called bluesquare.
A bit after i cashed out from bluesquare, my accounts were locked, no explanation. Emailed them and asked. Didn't really get an answer.
Called them, and was told that someone i played with, and used a fradulent (is that a word? thought that was what they said) credit card and lost alot of money to me.
And said they were investigating.

So i thought i'd just wait, and it would clear up. Then nothing happened for a week or two, so i emailed them.
And was told that the investigation had made my account permanently locked.

Is there anything i can do? Anyone had a similar experience?

It appears that they think you and the other guy were in some kind of collusion or dumping chips. They permanently locked your account so they think you are guilty of something. You will just have to keep contacting them and hope this clears up---assuming you are innocent of course.

Desperate bump. =) Sorry about that, but i really dont know what to do.

Have tried to email them, but i get no replies, or get emails like this:

Thank you for your e-mail.

Being that the account was closed by way of a security measure by our security and payments team the information i have concerning the specific incident previously is limited. What i can tell you is that as a result of this, a decision has been taken by our security team to close the account and for it not to be reactivated.

Kind regards,

Customer Service Team

...and no further explanation. I have like $900 in my victorchandler account (not really a big deal, but very annoying, since i havn't done anything) which is locked too, even though the "incident" happened at a site called bluesquare.com.

Anyone got any ideas? Otherwise i guess this is just a warning...

All you can do is keep emailing your skin, and protest your case. Ask for the evidence which proved collusion. If you have an advocate (long time player, yor affiliate etc) they could help argue your case.

If nothing untoward happened, stick to your guns.
