Default 2/4NL, AJ weak postflop play

I think thats ok to coldcall preflop, even though I usually raise here. But postflop, I think I played this hand too weak. But on the other side, I thought that raising either the flop or the turn would give me action from better hands and would make worst hands to fold... I wasnt sure so that's why I posted it here.

BTW, it was my 5th hand against the CO so no read at all. But SB is a decent agressive player who multitable that limit. He's 30/14 preflop over only 150 hands though.

No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $2/$4
6 players

Stack sizes:
UTG: $321.97
UTG+1: $394.00
CO: $171.76
Button: $629.60
SB: $417.97
Hero: $423.70

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
2 folds, CO calls, Button folds, SB calls, Hero checks.

Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($12, 3 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets $8</font>, Hero calls, CO folds.

Turn: 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($28, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets $16</font>, Hero calls.

River: 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($60, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets $27</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $84</font>

I guess I should have raised that flop... But what if he reraised me? Easy fold?

ya you got to raise that flop. If he comes over the top of that I think you gotta fold as he probably will not do this with kj.

I dont mind the way you played it. Your hand isn't super strong so I'd like to keep the pot smallish, maybe you can raise the turn for value if no T or Q hits. But playing it this way takes the most money from Ax or bluffs.

I don't mind it, PF included, but I'd usually raise the flop or turn - not always though.

personally, i don't mind the conservative play preflop...not a big hand and OOP, so go for pot control...raise that flop though, or at the very least turn...
