Bicycle card sample in Cardplayer?
Does anyone have any information on the new Bicycle (I think) card sample that was in Cardplayer magazine recently? The suits and numbers on the cards are formatted differently and I wanted to get some for a friend's birthday. I've checked the US Playing Card website and looked around online but don't see it anywhere.
Thanks very much. |

I got one witn my copy.
Only thing you need to know: They are paper playing cards. Do your buddy a favor and get him some plastic playing cards. |

That is the design that was panned by the players at the WSOP and quickly replaced. One reason was the 6s and the 9s look too similar.

Re: Bicycle card sample in Cardplayer?
Thanks for all the comments and suggestions. I thought it'd be cool to go with something different but these sound pretty weak. Kem has some new designs (at least they seem new- it's been a while since I bought any) so I'll go that way.
Much appreciated. |

There is a plastic version of these cards. Check out all the poker card reviews at homepokertourney.com. Whatever you do, get some plastic cards. Some people who are used to plastic coated paper cards don't like the plastic cards at first. But after awhile, you can never go back happily.
