Sorry if this is wrong place to post..Epassporte problem has me scared

I created an Epassporte acct a couple weeksa ago and took the next several days (due to their initial max $300) to set up a $100 (to minimize the initial load fee) and (4) $300 loads which should be through clearing to my epassporte balance by next tuesday...the first $100 got there when it was supposed to...however the next load of $300 was supposted to get there yesterday by 530 PDT and the next $300 was supposed to get there by today at 530 PDT. (10/1 and 10/2) It is currently 700 PM EST and a) neither deposit has been credited to my epassporte acct b) neither deposit is listed as pending anymore on the load page...the last 2 loads which are for this thursday and next tuesday are still listed as pending and c) ALL 5 amounts HAVE been taken from my checking account as of last Friday. I have sent them a message thru they're mail but fear they will not respond and i have been disconnected twice after 10 minutes of hold on their phone . I feel like they are stealing my money...anyone who has advice or has had a similar situation but got their money?

I have deposited maybe 3 times on epass, and not once did it clear on time. I'd wait a little more than an hour and a half, then call them again.
