Doesn't this mean we have to call down turn and reasonable river bet (depending on river card)? I see 37/8/0.6 donks minraise pf with 88, 99+ all the time.

To arrive at 99+, I gave villain 4% pfr and then took out all non-pair hands. I don't think villain would 2-barrel with 88 but if you include it, hero has 54% equity.
