Kill Phil books are back from the printers and all backorders will be filled shortly.

Although Amazon is quoting 2-3 weeks, the actual delivery time should be shorter.

You can order Kill Phil through 2+2 by clicking the "Books by Other Authors" link under "Other Topics".

You need to ask them. Amazon works at their own pace. It should be available in Canada at many Borders stores as the books now in stock fill the pipeline.

I ordered a few days ago and amazon.ca says Feb 28 to April 20th as the shipping date... Hopefully that changes.

There are no Borders and Barnes& Nobles in Canada, both tried to make the move but were blocked.
