Default 200NL: Calling an All-In with a draw on the turn.. 4 handed game.

Hello there, not sure I got this right and thought I'd ask for opinions and flames:

Full Tilt Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 3 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

BB: $177.35
BTN: $211.15
Hero (SB): $364.35

Pre-Flop: T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (SB)
<font color="red">BTN raises to $7</font>, Hero calls $6, BB folds

Flop: ($16) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">BTN bets $12</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $32</font>, BTN calls $20

Turn: ($80) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $54</font>, <font color="red">BTN raises to $172.15 and is All-In</font>, Hero calls $118.15

River: ($424.30) - SURPRISE

BTN is known 19/16/4.6(!) TAG, VERY aggressive, ATS is 38 over a more or less reliable sample size (632 hands). Game has been 4-handed for a while and pretty fast. Since 5-6 hands the fish is sitting out and the TAG has been REALLY active. Also, I've seen him pull weird bluffs 2 days ago.

I play my usual 26/21/3-game, maybe a bit looser due to the game being 4-handed for 100ish hands. I think he knows me.

My thought process - kind of - is.. despite his vpip/pfr he's liable to open almost any2 on the button in a 3-handed game. I plan to check/raise the flop because anything but a Q and KK+ will basically have to fold. He snap calls. So I decide to fire the more or less scary turn again (I'd call and c/r with QJ sometimes), and he instashoves all-in...

I count a number of clean outs (gutshot, flush) and maybe the overcard against KQ and make the call I'd like you to judge...

(sorry for possible english-language-flaws... I'm not a native speaker)
