Default 50NL - KT flops top two deepstacked

I have villain at 13.5/4.6/3.4 over 259 hands.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (9 handed) Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

saw flop|saw showdown

MP2 ($13.65)
MP3 ($47.75)
CO ($41.25)
Button ($35.50)
Hero ($95.40)
BB ($104.30)
UTG ($49.35)
UTG+1 ($55.45)
MP1 ($29.60)

Preflop: Hero is SB with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
5 folds, CO checks, 1 fold, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($1.50) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets $1.75, BB raises to $5, CO folds, Hero calls $3.25.

Turn: ($11.50) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $7.5, Hero calls $7.50.

River: ($26.50) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $10, Hero calls $10.

My main question is on the flop. Should I be 3betting here? If so, to how much? Is folding an option? As played, what do you think? Personally, I'm not happy with my line, but at the time I was totally lost. After much thought, I'm still lost. Thanks in advance for your help.

Don't overbet flop. As played, dump it on river probably.

Flop three-bet to $16 is okay. I'd shut down on that turn-card if called though. On a blank, idk, I guess commit but it's really gonna suck if he flips pocket 8s.

On that drawy board, I 3bet the flop. Folding the flop is bad.

you donīt beat an awfull lot on this river. i donīt like your line either.

tho as played i think turn is key. vs this opponent whe could consider bet folding turn right? when call whe try to check it down and check/fold river right?

i like bet fold turn here.

on river whe dont beat much other then AK and possible overplayed QQ/jj

I just hit the pot button b/c I was 10-tabling, hence the overbet.

On the river I'm looking at ~3.6:1 on a call, still fold?

CO posted and checked when it folded to him. I guess it is possible this villian just checked two eights there, but I'd be very surprised. (Wonder what his steal rate is)

Given that, I probably 3-bet the flop here. He has Kx spades often enough or K8/T8 to justify that raise.
Turn card is obviously not a great one--I almost want to lead 2/3-3/4 pot to see how he reacts, especially if you are check-calling such an amount.

His river bet is odd, but it could easily be the flush semi-scared of the paired card...but not wanting a free SD since you checked.

Villain's attempt to steal blinds is 50% (3/6).

I'm looking to get it in on this flop and you got handcuffed as a result of just calling his raise here. You don't beat anything on the river so unless you think he is on total air you have to fold.

Reraise flop as stated before. River call is def. bad. His raising range on the flop has to be good draws/8T/KT/K8/TT/88/AK. All draws hit, you chop with one hand, he checks the river with one of those, and two rivered you.
