fyi i check A9 on this flop a lot against aggro players who fold to my cbets

I think unless this is a very weirdly played set, that this is A9s and could be A9 hearts. Certainly plausible that villain was isolating UTG with A9s.
Villain may have elected not to chk raise the flop which would turn his hand into a bare flush draw if called. This might also explain why the small raise on turn, in the event that hero has a flush draw and villain doesnt want to shut a second best flush out possibly. Strange line no doubt. |
