villian is a nit, anyone check turn? anyone check river as played? what will he call a river shove with when flush hits?

yep, put it in on the turn, if he happens to have AQ you have enough to redraw.
as played i think its tough to put the rest in as he gets 3-1 with a possible straight. dont really know what is correct here.

I felt beat on turn when he c/r.
was pretty sure AA,AK,QQ would c/c and not raise.

What? why would u check the turn ever? stop being results oriented, you're ahead of most of even a nit's range here. 3bet the turn all in, or atleast felt the river. i also 3bet preflop against just about everybody unless hes like 12/6 or somethig.

1. define nit, many "nitty" players are still raising a decent range for blind steals.

2. turn is a really easy shove

I don't want to be harsh, but this is ugly.

3-bet pf. Unless you mean nit at in 4/1 nit which I doubt JJ is way ahead of his SB raising range.

Once you 3-bet pf I would fold to a 4-bet.

He will probably check to you on the flop bet.

Please Please Please raise the turn. There are way too many draws out there to call.

Push river. If he has clubs gg sir.

whats the point of 3betting against a nit? he was like 13/10, and first time opening from sb. what will he call a 3bet with? TT+ AK? I dont want him to fold sc/broadways to 3bet
so why not just call preflop and float the flop?

even nits raise light from steal positions. 3 bet pf always. im getting it all in on the turn. a nit will def check that river with a str8 though. not sure how id play it. the turn is really ugly imo.
