NL 200 on FT. Bad river against a mega-fish. Call or fold?

He's horrible, but it looks like he is check/call horrible.
Its a crappy river, and I dont like calling here unless he was more aggressive.

turn is fine
river probably fold i think its pretty thin i think we are beat a vast majority of the time which outweighs the small amount of the time hes doing something weird
