so, if you deposit $100, and you lose it all (only playing in the casino) they will give you 10% of that, or $10, into your party account

Although arguably that makes it a great bonus inasmuch as you can take a game that's normally a couple of percent -EV such as roulette & make it massively +EV by depositing & putting the whole lot on one spin....

Typically, I don't do cashback offers, unless I am getting at least 50% cashback... this party cash offer looks like one of the cash back offers that should be ignored.

Are cash back bonuses like superior to normal bonuses for guys who have a big enough operation and roll to handle the swings?

It seems to me that casinos often offer 30% cash back with no maximum. That is pretty sick? You can "clear it" very quickly and have quite a bit of EV without raising any suspicions. Is that right or have i misunderstood something?
