The chair is solid. One night I kept busting in mtts finally I bubbled the final table of the bodog 70k or w/e the huge $55 one AIPF 99 vs Q2 and lost so I grabbed the 1st thing that I saw which was a 1/5th of bacardi O and threw it directly at the wall. It bounced off. My friend dan said "still pissed?" and I said ya so he tossed it back to me and I threw it again at the same spot and the neck of the bottle buried into the wall. We left it there for 6 months until he moved out. I will see if I can find the picture.

as for tilt relief, smoke weed.
