ya you can use whatever images you want as long as they are not edited in a program superior to mspaint

ie you can take a face from some random pic on the internet or use my avatar or a pic of dids, but you can't just photoshop something or use someone else's photoshop and copy paste it into an mspaint and call it an mspaint
