Default QQ vs TAG and tard To spew or not to spew...

UTG+1 is 14/8/2.97 went to SD 31 won at SD 61 over 1500+ hands. My only note on him is: c/r=good; river value bet after check calling.

MP1 is a moran. 60/3/.9

Hero....

What's the best line on this flop and what's our plan on the turn?

bet/fold to UTG+1 obv, and call if MP1 c/r. If UTG+1 calls flop bet, we may put him squarely on on KQ.

I would also bet the flop and re-evaluate on the turn if UTG calls.

Can we put UTG specifically on KQ if he calls our flop bet ? Could hands like AT, maybe even A9 and some smaller pocket pairs such as 77,88 and maybe 99 also be in his range ?

with wtsd at 31, this guy plays fit or fold. No set / no bet.

I bet this and call a raise.

If raised we can check and call 1 on the turn behind. If called I think we can check and call one as well. That may seem weak but there could be big trouble in one or more of those villains hands with this board.

Oh... and hit the Q on the turn.

You planning on calling one on the river, too?

The flop is an easy bet/fold to any. The problematic decision is on the turn after you get called in two places on the flop and don't spike your queen.

Considering we have to discount J's as outs I guess it would be a stretch to call a flop raise and folding to the raise would be best.

If called in 2 places on the flop. An accidental disconnect with AI protection might work. (TRANSLATION: I don't know what to do with it. )

EDITED TO ADD: I think I copped out here. If we are just called on the flop I think I check/call down. Villains could be holding an A and have us beat but they could also be playing an underpair that we beat so sort of WA/WB.

As Boz said this is the hard part of the hand, and where good reads would really help.

I think that I would probably continue bet the turn if called by one opponent, who may have called with a smaller pair.

And then I probably would have bet the river.

I hate it when I lose on hands like these, but I also seem to get good action sometimes when I win.

Check & see. What line I take on the later streets varies largely depending on what happens on the flop.

For those advocating a flop bet, why?

I bet/fold. Turn I c/f if MP1 calls the flop. Otherwise I b/f.
