you are a santa and are taking pictures for christmas

a 12 year old girl sits on your lap and for one reason or another you get a boner

can you get in trouble for this? besides maybe just being fired as a santa



also heres another thing i just thought of

if I was furiously masturbating in a hotel room with my door slightly open then a 12 y.o girl walked in and I turned around and jizzed all over her face "by accident" could I get in trouble?
