Default camtasia 4 session recording question

I plan on recording a video of myself playing soon, but I'm not sure what the best way of recording it would be. My computer resolution is 1680x1050 and I plan on 20 tabling SNGs. When I do this, it records at 1fps and is a slideshow. I also have it write directly to .avi format, but I'm not sure if this is the best way to go about getting decent results. Any help/tips/option settings are appreciated. Thanks.

If you expect someone else to watch the video and get anything out of it I wouldn't 20 table.

You should be able to play around in the options and get it to record more FPS. The format you use doesn't really matter .avi seems to be standard though. But it could just be that your computer can't handle so much at once.
