Default Re: 25nl Flop a Full House, line check

When he b3bet on the flop I would probably get it all in or 4 bet him with a big raise (around $12-13). Most likely they'd call with over pairs and they'd be drawing very thin to 2 outs. Any 7 trips would be crushed.

As played I'd probably bet the turn harder for value and if raised I'd shove.

I think you played it ok, I don't see any problem with this line really. You had the dominant hand and went for value. Until the river you had him and he made his thin out. Next time villain won't be so lucky.

raise his flop bet more (at least a PSB with is $3.25.) then, when he raises you, he's going to raise it even more... then you can push.

As played... I usually still bet 2/3 pot on the turn (since that's what I almost always bet) but your 1/2 pot bet works since, if he calls, he's only going to have a 1/2 pot sized bet left anyways which he'll reluctantly call off.

Still... If I think I can get it all in quicker, then I'm happy. Leaves no room for a river fold.
