Default Prop Bet Threads in Tourneys

I've got some relatively unknown poster, BTMegacash, (under 100 posts and reg. Mar. '07), who's made two ME prop bet threads in Tourneys:

Smith and Hanson
Chris Moneymaker

I realize 2p2 is a gambling site , but I also can't see spamming up the forum with a new thread every time some poster feels a breeze through their ears.

Comments or suggestions?

Create one thread for any ME prop bet offers? Offers can be made in daily sweat threads only?
