paying taxes on poker creating a limited liability corporation??

Since you are a net loser, you shouldn't worry about taxes. Technically you need to do the session by session calculations, but let's be real, they're not going to get you, especially since some of your losses are in live play.

Unless this is some great sarcasm (my meter must be broken) i think there needs to be a stickie in every forum saying something to the effect of "When people are sarcastic pricks to you, they don't really mean it, and you do not have to defend your honor by talking about how good you are."
