I used to play this game a lot like 20 years ago, but it's been a while, so if things are different now, ignore me.

I re-raise a button raise pre-draw with any big trips, and with only $30 behind, you're going to build a pot you won't want to fold post-draw.

Sklansky mentions a 5CD play where he makes the last raise and then stands pat with big trips. This stops bluffs effectively enough that he can check/fold the river, having gotten more value pre-draw if his hand is good.

I would expect to almost never get raised after a lead post-draw unless we are beat, so for that reason, as played half-pot it post-draw.
