Just weird that it would be 350BB. And not 200BB, 400BB like most games.

In case you didnt make it there, it is actually a 10/25 game, not 10/20. It usually only runs on saturday night from what i understand, and when i looked last saturday there was not one player under the age of 50 in it. looked to have about $60-$70k on the table from my best estimate.

I stuck with the 1/2 both times I have been there so far, and am up $840 in about 15 hours total. Will probably move up to 2/5 the next time, as i watched a little and it looked very soft.

Saw same game played Friday night and looked much smaller. Most players had about 2-3k in front of them except for one guy who was chipped up to about 14k.
Either way beyond my bankroll and comfort level so will be at the 1/2, possibly 2/5.

BobbyM,
I tried to send you a PM but it has not showed up in SENT PM folder. I live in the west hills and want to make a trip down. Send me a PM, hopefully it will work.

Default Direction Question

Does anyone coming from Pittsburgh know an alternate route than taking 2 once you get to West Virginia? That road is just terrible at night, I almost hit a deer 3 different times last week.

The only limit games actually going were 2-4 and 3-6

[/ QUOTE ]

For the life of me I can't figure out why a room would spread those 2 games of limit only - how stupid. "Wow, no way I have the rollz for 3/6z, get me in that 2/4z game!" Dumb. Spread 2/4 and 6/12 or 4/8 at the very least.

It is in fact the softest 2/5 game in the history of mankind.

Do they have a poker room rate at mountaineer? or is there any decent inexpensive hotels close by to stay?
