Stars changed my bros sn, was quick and easy. Can't believe they didn't help you out.

Hello lolrealname,

Thank you for your email. I'm sorry but the rules on this are clear, and
are clearly stated when you open an account with us. At that time you were
told that the User ID could not be changed once selected.

I'm sure you can understand that is we simply break site rules whenever a
players requests it then our rules quickly become completely unenforceable.

I'm sorry we are not able to accommodate your request here and that
decision is final.

If there is anything else I can help you with, please do not hesitate to
contact us.

If I am reading this (and your implied Stars username) correctly, your best chance is to get CTS to complain... I'd imagine he'd rather not have someone pretending to be him at the tables?
