Re: How Do I Play Quads??? lol
As a general proposition, it is difficult for people to call bets that arnt made!
Min bet the flop, hope he has a king or AA (which he almost certainly doesnt) Bet another 1/rd of the pot on the turn. On the river, if he has a king, he has a big full, which is going down to your quads. By checking, you have massively increased the pot, from 200 pre flop, to an astounding level of 200 after the river card was dealt. This massive increase of exactly zero percent should make you feel proud, confident in your ability to extract maximum dollars from your unsuspecting opponents I feel a monument should be built to honour you- the monument of checking, perhaps on a checkerboard, thus showing your inante, yet brilliant ability to minimise the amount you could possibly win, while holding a monster. On the checkerboard, I suggest we have a statue of a little girl, to afraid to bet, and perhaps also suffering from MUBS Well done, well done. Playing passively is a fine way to lose the maximum when beat, yet be able to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory by winning the minimal when winning |

Re: How Do I Play Quads??? lol
i would play it the same and throw a big ass raise in on the river, if you bet turn or river he's just gonna fold cuz he has nothing, might as well let himn catch something.

[/ QUOTE ] With that said, against a 2+2'er who knows you are tight, how much do you raise on the river? I agree that a shove is pretty solid against [insert random donk] |

Re: How Do I Play Quads??? lol
200-300 might be all you can get away with. But if he doesn't have a K he is folding and if he does he is raising right? So this might not be a big issue.
