op u might want to reconsider how well utg played this hand, suited connectors usually make their str8 and flushes on the river therefore if u go all in pre flop u can't get pushed off ur draw and u get full value if u hit

Standard is usually 90BB+1 per limper, but OP was out of position, you can't blame him for just wanting to take down the hand there.

Yea good old muscle raise is needed here, plus there are subtle meta-game things going on, I could be trying to scare him off with 66-22, which he is a ~52% favourite over. If he gives me that 2% just once, I'll be running him over for the rest of the game.

In retrospect, this is a fairly standard call.
