It was a 1 when it was signed, and has been a zero ever since. I wonder if the Stars/Neteller announcement will even get out to the public?

Haven't you guys heard? It's on the local news!

From this thread in SSNL; epdaws is the reporter and posts here regularly. The subject is EMcWilliams, a mod on micro NL.

Very nice job of making Frist & Co. look like morons in that report! As for here in Indy, I swear I haven't even heard the ban mentioned yet. All the coverage here has been about Foley.

The day after it passed maybe a .5 out of 10. Now it's a big fat 0.

I've got a buddy from my home game who is college educated, works at a bank (of all places) and plays casually online every day for fun. I mentioned this to him a couple nights ago and he thought I was making it up. Out of the 8 regulars at our home game only 3 of us knew ANYTHING about it and 2 of those guys only knew because I'd told them about the possibility of the legislation passing that was in the Senate. If it hadn't been for me talking about it, none of these regular online players might have known about it.

I haven't seen a thing about it in the mainstream media.

There has been significant broadcast media coverage...

The Foley debacle is getting significant media coverage, not this issue. I would rate the coverage a 1.

After Bush signs the bill, this will increase to a 2 or 3 during the weekend and drop to 0 by Monday of next week.
