Default NL10: JJ on paired board OOP against donk

Opp is 38/1.8, total donk, very passive, don't think he's played 10k hands in his life, thinks TP [censored] kicker is the nuts.

On the turn do I just assume I'm ahead, bet pot or shove? His range is anything here, any 7, overcards, gutshot, he peels with any piece/draw really.

I guess my main question is how do I play against these passive donks that call PF w/any 2, I seem to be ploughing
the flop and turn against these guys assuming I'm ahead but putting them on a hand is near impossible. I find myself wanting to play more passive against them as I'm stacking off and building pots with overpairs and TPTK type hands against them "assuming I'm ahead" they always seem to flatcall with 2pr+ hands and I feel like the donk for building a big pot for them.

Bet pot on flop, bet pot on turn, value bet the river if nothing strange happens and no A hits. That's the way to play against them, make them pay for playing so passive.
