Default Middle stakes Variance

I've been a Limit pro for several years and am just now making the switch to NL. I'm curious what kind of swings are standard for the middle limit NL games. I'm interested in 6 max or shorthanded stats mostly. Anyone have any info on how many buy ins a decent player can expect to swing?

Just be properly rolled and the swings don't matter. >15 buy in swings are rare at mid stakes I think.

I'm routinely swinging 10 buy ins, biggest was like 25 buy ins at 200 nl.
