Good investment?

I was thinking that eventually online poker in the US will become legal and regulated. Which brings me to my next point. Would it be wise to invest in stocks and shares i.e. partygaming Cryptologic,in the hope that when legal the price soars. I'm not clued up on the whole stocks game so if this sounds half baked fair enough. Just wondered what others thought of this good move or bad?

Definitely a good idea. Just go in knowing that it is possible that you may lose it all, however if you are right and the stock soars, then you will reap the benefits.
