opponent is pretty solid and i think he'll fold all overpairs here and hands like ace 8.

the game is really aggro and we have both been 3 betting pre really light.

I don't think anyone good calls the turn then folds the river. The river card didn't really improve anything that raises the turn.

Once he calls the turn hes calling the river IMO. And that river doesn't change anything (boat isnt very plausible for you).
