Need help installing dreamweaver

so i downloaded a copy of dreamweaver (not the real one where you pay for it) and am not sure how to install it.

these are the instructions:

Install Notes:

1. Burn or mount file with PowerISO.

2. Install it.

3. Replace Dreamweaver2.exe with "crack MKDEV/Dreamweaver2.exe" .

4. Enjoy it.

lets start with number 1, what the hell does this mean?

burn or mount file with powerISO?
