Setup up a recurring download

I'm currently using FlashGet to download a Real Player stream at a specified time every week but sometimes I forget to reset the file to download again (and so I miss that week). Is there a way/program to download a file at a certain time every week?

Also, its not a normal "http://" because its RealPlayer its "rtsp://123.123.123/program.rm"

You're looking to create a macro: the best way to do this is probably:

using a downloading script that uses this command:

however, I'm not sure if it would work with the realplayer syntax... could be worth a shot though.
