whenever i request a paper check, it gets to me in 3-4 days. i assume that the mail it out pretty quickly.

YMMV however, as I don't know how long checks take if they're <$1000

I requested a $250 echeck cashout on the 11th (Sunday), and it was cleared and in my Chase checking account on the 14th (Wednesday). Not bad!

Has anyone ever made an instant echeck deposit and later realized that even though the deposit was approved that you didn't have sufficient funds in that checking account..if you were to win money on stars what would happend? Would they just deduct the amount from your stars account for whatever you deposited which you didn't have sufficient funds for?

I would expect them to debit your acct for the funds, and probably for the bounced check fee. If you've won, then you might have money left over after that. If you've lost, they'll expect you to make good on it, but I'm not sure what their exact policy is for bouncing checks.

Many of the posts in this thread are regarding cashouts. I am interested in making a small deposit using echecks. Anyone care to share their experience with making a deposit? How long did it take for the debit to come out of your account?
