Linking this just because five of my Chicago friends sent me this today, I'm sure that most of this board knows > 80% of these, but maybe it's worth it to newbs.

99 Things Every Cubs Fan Should Know

the list suffers from a conspicuous Kingman deficit imo

Most of these are pretty retarded / irrelevant imo.

I'd be surprised if they can get in the gates for less then $200. Also tell them to be very careful of counterfeit tickets.

Can you reset the playoff roster after each round?

If so, the DBacks don't have any scary lefthanded hitters. I think the Cubs will be fine with 1 lefty in the pen and would be better off with Kevin Hart on the roster than Marshall/Ohman.

My roster:
C-Soto & Kendall
IF-D.Lee, The Riot, Ramirez, Derosa, Fontenot, Cedeno
OF-Soriano, Floyd, Jones, Ward, Murton, Pie
Starters-Zambrano, Lilly, R.Hill, Marquis
Pen-Dempster, Marmol, Wuertz, Eyre, Howry, Wood, Hart

If you need to keep the same roster the entire playoffs, I probably replace Hart or Pie with Sean Marshall.

Please no Craig Monroe.

I think you can change the roster for each series. I think we need Pie on it. He can Pinch Run and we don't want Murton or Floyd out there in the 9th with a lead. I don't want Ohman at all even if we could carry 40 guys. I think Hart would be good so we have someone that can give us 3 or 4 innings if we need that.

Your roster is what I would go with.

I am pretty sure you can reset the roster; I seem to recall the Angels doing something like this a few years ago. Not sure though.
