Default 10FPP turbo freeroll strategy

4500 runners, worst structure possible. 5 minute blind levels, with about 20 pay jumps meaning that we have to spend 5 minutes of hand for hand after every hand we play. With 1 hand/blind level, this means everyone is reaaaaally short on chips. (at 3k/6k, I was the table chipleader with t33000---5 Big Blinds!)
Table doesn't seem to be adjusting to this structure, is shoving any two cards the best strategy?

Normally I wouldn't waste my time on this, because even 1st place of like 4500 entrants is like 35$, but im stars busto--no mocking pls

in the chat he said he folded 44.
instacall any two cards, he could easily be on a draw and you have 6 outs on the river getting 50:1

I'd love to know what stakes these players frequent, I guess maybe they're all 1/45 or 4/180 or play money donks?

I've final tabled 3 of these things by adopting the rule "never fold"
