[ QUOTE ]
Is it possible that some banks are already moving to block payments? Seems pretty quick.

I used a debit card to partially fund my new Full Tilt account Friday afternoon. It went through without a hitch. However, the same card has been rejected multiple times from Saturday through today while I tried to move the rest of my funds onto the site. Which really ticks me off because my other debit card never worked, and I live in Maryland (no Neteller).
