Default 220$ NLTRN move in or normal bet river?

BB checks, Hero bets t180, BB calls t180.

Final Pot: t720

This is an interesting hand. Obviously my play is not a problem here. But I was wondering if I could play it differently. If villain didn't think a long time for checking the river (in which case, there is possibility he sucked out and hit a queen), we probably split here. So I was thinking if an all in move (significant overbet) would work to try to push him off a hand that we split with? The downside is that we don't get value out of suspicious villain who calls with a jack here because he doesn't believe a bet check bet line. However, the possibility that he calls my normal river bet with a jack is small, because he probably thinks that I am value betting a king and I might suckout with a queen (both hands I would play the same way). But people still don't believe bet check bet line.

What do you think?

can you be realy sure that vilian will have nearly never a Q here bcause of a timingtell?

btw: what speaks for/against a turn cb?

i can't really say much about a riverpush
if you good a timingtell on this speacial villian a push might be good if he isn't a callingstation...
the pot would is 40% of you intire remaining stack so it would really be a big advatage not splitting against Kx

"what speaks for/against a turn cb?"

You mean delayed c bet or double barrell?

I didn't mean just timing tell, but it also isn't likely that he has a queen because there are two queens on board already. I was also thinking if it is worth the risk that he has two queens and I go broke. Another problem is that the board is scary and some villains would check queen here. But not this one. I am pretty sure he would at least think about betting a queen here and he would bet it 90%.

Why would I want a jack to fold? Read the text.
