Default wtf how could you possibly have me beat

28/10 over about 100. plays weird, so ignore conventional "rules" of how he should be playing. given that, wtf? call this? shove turn myself?

Agreed. I can't see why you would raise the flop then check the turn without planning on calling here. As played, I'd call here, but I'm a station.

i agree turn check is questionable, but his flop coldcall with shortfishy remaining to act wasn't the most pleasant result.

keep in mind i don't have to shove to protect at this point, especially if he'll bluff shove or shove to "protect" AJ or whatever. i have a ton of equity when ahead and a decent amount when behind, even

pedro you were at the table, what did you think of this guy? name = ICYUNVME

This guy was hard to read. He played so erratically from time to time. Pretty sure its the first night I've played him and I agree with your assessment of him. Knowing the villain now, I still call.

Beat: Had to read his name 3 or 4 times to get it.

Why did you raise the flop if you can't read this guy?

you do realize that there was a donkbet, raise and a cold call right?

This guy called a raise and a reraise with someone still to act behind him. He's way more likely to shove the Ah on the flop and slowplay T9/flush/sets. Even if he does have Ah the odd time he has a ton of equity against our hand. Pretty much every hand that we beat has a ton of equity, and usually we have very little when behind. Not to mention that we are rarely ahead here.

Might as well light money on fire...

Sorry misread hand, I thought that weird player was the initial Donk-bettor.
