Why didn't you raise the flop ? I would either lead or c/r this flop every time, too many scare cards to come and you want to build a pot in case he has something he likes.
Turn check / river bet seems ok, I might bet turn and make a smaller value bet on river though. If he's loose and has a 7 in his range, he can have some 2 pair too, if he's tight he either has air or a pp, so there's some value in betting at least once, probably twice.

I'd c/r that flop, bet turn. Money should be close to all in by then.

If I take this line I might check the river too.

Either he has nothing and is folding to a bet but might bluff if checked too.

Or that K hit him and he'll call a bet but will also bet if checked too and may call a check/raise.

It would really suck if it turns out he was checking and stuff cause he was scared you had a 7 though, but I don't think that's too likely.

Reads and stats would really help as then it might help figure out if he's chcking something like TT on that turn or if he'd ever check a pair of K's behind on the river.

Def c/r flop. Perfect flop to c/r as he won't be able to fold 44+.

I bet slightly less on the river as played.
