—I still have the lowest possible kicker. MP2 is unlikely to have bet into six opponents with total air, so her having the case K is a possibility, and any other Kx will own my ass.
—I'd be laying 7-1 to the field, still big enough to call lotsa stuff with the mega-implieds conceivable with five players still in this far.

When in doubt, donk it? Or do I check — and for what purpose, check/calling or check/raising?

definite check/raise or donkbet if youre not sure whether MP1 is gonna bet. the case K is pretty unlikely here, and even if he does have it, putting as much money as possible into there is the best play so far. youre WA most of the time here.
