It looks like the e-mail originated from some sort of affiliate, not BetCris.

I'd say the problem is on their end. Maybe just a scam.

Betcris did not honor two bonuses they offered me directly from them, one by phone one by email. I had to go to Sting at Gambling 911 to get the first one, the 2nd time I knew better and got screwed again but didnt bother pursuing it. Needless to say I gave up on them. I had to close my account to keep from getting their spam anymore.

They seem to get a good rating and review from players but my experience was terrible. I was a customer of ACR long ago and a customer of a sportsbook Betcris took over for a long time but they could not keep me.
