Default QJs vs shortstacked fish - best river option?

Villain is very fishy 50/10/1, hasnt seemed particularly bluffy but really who knows, hes really bad.

Full Tilt Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

CO: $239.45
BTN: $128.85
Hero (SB): $202.40
BB: $112.20
UTG: $211
MP: $72.15

Pre-Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (SB)
UTG folds, MP calls $2, 2 folds, Hero calls $1, BB checks

Flop: ($6) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $6</font>, BB folds, MP calls $6

Turn: ($18) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $13</font>, MP calls $13

River: ($44) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)

he has ~$50 left. Value in betting or check and let him spaz out with a worse hand? Anyone ever want to c/f here?

I like a bet if u have been very active, particularly against villain. Otherwise check and let him spaz out.

Yeah you have to call. He has a hand here a portion of the time but I don't really see folding as an option. Sometimes I bet/call something stupid like 20 in this spot.

fold to the shove, and I'd rather bet than check.

Bet more on turn. I'd say c/c here would be best but hes an AF 1 so unless you have a read he bluffs rivers I think we should be betting here. I like a shove better than value against this villain too.
