Goofy is actually not that awkward around chicks. He makes out with them and talks to them and gets their numbers. When he moves to a normal city he'll be fine and get a girlfriend pretty quickly. He just needs to overcome fear of rejection which masquerades as lack of motivivation in most men.

Remember that going out and meeting women isnt work, it's fun. If you have fun talking to them, you'll meet more women.
