Oh sure, but I don't have to go hunting for drivers etc. Saves a ton of time, imo.

Cause of what beavis said.

And I have come to prefer a single large partition instead of 2 fixes size physical ones. I can't tell you what a pain in the ass it is when you get stuck with a server that was partitioned this way with a primary partition that is too small.

I really see no benefit for 2 physical -vs- 2 logical/virtual partitions. Just create a directory.

My setup is:

C: My OS and programs.
D: My documents
E: Archive (music etc)
