Final Pot: $44.26

Results in white below:
BB doesn't show.
Outcome: BB wins $44.26.

Didn't have much of a read on the villain, because I was multi-tabling at the time. On his river shove, I feared T8 or KT. On hindsight I guess an A-high flush might have been a possibility, but I doubt it. Was my fold correct in this situation? Should I have bet/raised more on the flop/turn?

You're probably paying him off here, but most of the time you just call when you are readless.

What was your reasoning in raising the river bet? Did you think it was a blocking bet or or did you think it was a weak attempt at a value bet?

Raise preflop. You can buy the button and possibly fold out hands like T8. The pot will also be bigger on the flop and the hand is easier to play.

Why not? Are you calling a check/raise?
