I am from the US, I emailed FT to ask to use this. Is this something available to US players, and if so will they let you use it if you aren't originally given the option but email them and ask? I emailed them yesterday but am still waiting on a response.

i made 13 withdrawls with bank transfer option in july. the first three worked. the last 4 were returned to me with no reason for the return. the middle 6 which total $15,000 are still missing.

full tilt still hasn't given me a reason as to why the last 4 were rejected (the money was sent back to my ft account august 1st), and they also aren't sure where the other 6 are. i'd stick to the check options.

This was pretty dumb in my opinion, what do you think this is 2006? Were you trying to send up as many red flags as possible with your bank?

In regards to 6 bank transfers that were processed in early July:

--

We apologize for any inconvenience caused with these unsuccessful withdrawal attempts. We ask that you please keep in mind that this method is fairly new, and we are continuing to improve all of our player services in order to assist you as best we can. If you elect to use the ACH Withdrawal method in the future, we strongly urge all of our players to double-check your account details are correct before you confirm your withdrawal. Again, incorrect information may lead to irretrievable loss or delays in retrieving the funds.

--

this, especially the irretrievable part worries me. how can i prove that i entered the correct info?

That is probably true anytime you do an ACH transaction, in the event it somehow ended up in someone else's account, the sending party doesn't have permission to access the wrong account, this is extremely unlikely though so I wouldn't worry about it. Screen shots for the future might be a good precaution.

Also I am back to getting my transactions on the 4th business day, I tried a minimum withdrawal directly to my high yield checking and haven't got that yet, good chance that won't go through.

Does the bank account have to be in the same name as the person on your full tilt account, or can you withdraw to any bank account?

The option for this just showed up for me yesterday, I see a lot of mixed reactions here as to the results of using this method. Is anyone using this method regularly with great success? Also, has anyone figured out if they take a processing fee from your MGR?
