Pretty standard fold. Unless you've seen villain splashing around spewing chips this is rarely a bluff. With villain on your right surely you can find better spots to get your money in.

if reverserd then, lets say i open for a raise and he calls OTB, and calls my flop and turn bet IP. How do we play river OOP?

Probably the easiest value shove in poker.

Bet the pot on each street. He's a fish, get money in there.

For sure, you can alter you bet sizing according to their retardness.

Overbet turn once he called flop-bet and he's likely to call since he got a draw or a hand (like TPNK-wont-ever-fold-i-swim-fast-and-high) ?

I'm just not sure, from what i've experienced i almost allways call here if its 1/2 to full pot. But its ~never a bluff.

The only thing i can see is if he overvalues as said. I'm confused. Mabye i'll just start folding these spots when running bad, and snapcall when running good

Edit: ~PSB on flop/turn is easy vs this villain, the descicion is on the river... I dont like neither of my options at all...
