Default Beat: Requesting Hand Histories from PS

I was playing not at home one day and later remembered to email support for just that one day's worth of hands (probably < 2k hands). After the usual default responses, this is what they finally emailed to me:

Hello ----,

Sorting out the information you want is easily done through a database
program. Unfortunately we have much to do right now, so I can't do this
for you. Therefore, I have sent you your last 43065 hands played at our
site. This should include the date you are interested in. I hope this is
satisfactory.

i lol'd... how do they know I have a database program?

They meant they have a database program to pick out the last X amount of hands, instead of the whole file. Not you.
