Everything look ok here?
Villain is unknown and has only been at the table for a few orbits.

Looks good to me. I would imagine they have AK... although, I doubt you'd be posting this if that's what they had. If they have QJ, just quit poker forever. If they have AA or KK, say NH.

Stacking off with a set here is completely standard. I probably play it the same.

I think its ok, re-raise preflop. Re-raising defines your opponets hand a little better. As played, when villian re-raises on flop, Push.
