Three MUSTS:

1.Get a second job,or a full time job that will pay at LEAST double your current salary.Your 23 dude...ya' gotta work more than 2 days a week!

2.What is your credit like?
If it is good,as stated above get a balance transfer type C/C offering 0-2% intro rate for a year...and pay down that 10K ASAP.If you dont pay the 10k down/or in full do it again next year...and then RIP the cards up!
Most young people(i was a victim/naive as well) NEVER understand how much interest the banks are charging/ripping you off

3.Your car....WOW??
Waaaay too high. You say you live with your parents .See if you can register/insure the car in their name...at least till you get those points off your DMV record ,and get that "under 26 Male driver" penalty that alot of carriers have.I know here in the Northeast, that is the age where your rates become more reasonable.

As far as getting a second job, you don't even have a 1st job. Two days a week is a part-time job. Try to get something full time and drop this other one if it interferes.

if he has 10k in debt, im sure his mailbox is flooded with those offers.

Offers for 10k credit line? Maybe 2-3k, but 10k is an unrealistically high credit line for a 23-yr old with no real income and no potential income (it's not like he's a senior in college).

well the thing is with the casino it might be four days next week. Were in the process of expanding so they have too many dealers right now. I am actively looking for a full/part time job as we speak.

Even at 4 days that is still only $2100/month. $25k isn't enough to live on.
